Go behind the scenes at the boutique Williamsburg distillery during this 30-minute tour and tasting, led by a distiller or one of three company founders. Get a close look at the facilities, including a 1,000-liter copper-pot still, and learn about production of local spirits. Conclude with a tasting of the company's two unique styles of gin: Perry's Tot 114-proof Navy Strength Gin, the only navy-strength gin produced in the country, and Dorothy Parker american Gin, a contemporary-style gin featuring classic botanicals, as well as elderberry and dried hibiscus petals. (A rye whiskey will also be sampled when available.) Walk-ins are welcome; tours depart every 30 minutes between 5 and 7pm.
