Dig Inn
Dig Inn is a chain of locally farm sourced restaurants that was founded by Adam Eskin. In 2011, the first Dig Inn restaurant was opened in New York City, New York. As of October 2017, the chain has sixteen restaurants in New York and three in Boston. A seventeenth Dig Inn location is scheduled to open on West 67th Street on the Upper West Side in 2018.
