The idea of this restaurant is just the simple elegance of traditional Tuscan food using local ingredients. Signature bread alongside a perfect piece of pecorino, and a glass of Tuscan wine to enjoy alongside Florentine dishes such as: Panzanella, Pappa al Pomodoro, Ribollita.
